File Management Instructions
Welcome to the file management system of the NMD Praxis website! 🎉
With this feature, you can upload, view, and download your personal files securely.
Follow the instructions below to use the system correctly.
1. Accessing File Management
To manage your files, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Log in to your account on the website.
2️⃣ Navigate to the “My Files” page.
3️⃣ You will see a list of the files you have already uploaded.
2. Uploading a New File
📌 To upload a new file, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Click the “Select Files” button.
2️⃣ Choose one or more files from your computer.
3️⃣ Click the “Upload” button.
4️⃣ Once the file is uploaded, it will appear in your file list.
📌 Allowed file types:
✅ Images: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, SVG
✅ Documents: TXT, CSV, DOC, DOCX, PDF
⚠️ Important:
➡️ Make sure your file does not exceed the allowed size limit.
➡️ If a file already exists, it will not be uploaded again.
3. Downloading Files
Need to download a file you uploaded? No problem! 😃
1️⃣ Find the file in the list.
2️⃣ Click the “📥 Download” button.
3️⃣ The file will be downloaded instantly to your device. 🎯
4. Deleting Files
Don’t need a file anymore? You can safely delete it! 🛠️
1️⃣ Find the file you want to delete.
2️⃣ Click the “🗑️ Delete” button.
3️⃣ Confirm the action in the pop-up message.
4️⃣ The file will be permanently deleted from the system.
⚠️ Warning!
Deletion cannot be undone, so make sure before proceeding.
5. Troubleshooting
🔹 I can’t upload files!
➡️ Check that the file is in the correct format.
➡️ Make sure the file is not too large.
➡️ Try refreshing the page.
➡️ If the problem persists, contact us!
🔹 I can’t see my files!
➡️ Make sure you are logged into your account.
➡️ Try refreshing the page.
🔹 I see an error or something isn’t working correctly!
➡️ Try logging in again.
➡️ Contact the administrator for technical support.
🔹 Can I see other users’ files?
➡️ No! 🚫 Each user can only view and manage their own files.
